You can move a game between drives without uninstalling and re install, lots of google on how to do it, real easy, nba 2k17 my career save file download.
Just copy, dont move, the game into the steam folder where u want it to go, then delete local content, then re install on new drive where the files alredy have been copied to, steam will say finding existing files or some thing. u need 2x the space on the target drive for whatever reason, steam neeeds to see that there is room.
